40 Days for Life

40 Days for Life is going on in our parish here in Baltimore. It began last night with a special prayer service and candlelight procession to the abortion clinic nearby. 40 Days for Life is a community-based campaign that seeks to end abortion through a three-pronged program:
1. Prayer and fasting
2. Constant vigil
3. Community outreach

Today, September 22nd is the first day and it concludes on October 31st. 40 Days for Life is going on in 238 locations in the US, Canada, Australia, England, Northern Ireland and Denmark. The US locations are marked below.
